until such time as the proposed standard is released for public
review and comment, based upon the recommendation of the relevant
committee or consensus body. Therefore, as long as such
information remains confidential, you agree to disclose it only to
other persons whose interests are consistent with the establishment of
an industry-wide standard. You further agree not to use it, or to
collaborate in its use, in any manner that could suggest that you have
any proprietary rights in such information, such as rights to a patent,
